Don's Swash

I need cad software to describe the motion of my modified swashplate. I have sketched a swashplate (attached) because it is a common mechanical device but it doesn't have to be a swashplate. Take any flat plane. Apply any force F at a distance D from the center of the plane which is the z axis. When the force travels any distance d which can be expressed as a fraction of D the plane has to rotate a certain amount in degrees (theta) as also both the x and y axes are rotated independently . I need to know what the rotation of the plane is and have it animated to see what different rotations at x and y can produce. Can you supply me with this software?
