CAD Design for Adjustable Volleyball Passer

I'm looking for a skilled CAD designer proficient in FreeCAD to create a design for a volleyball passer. This is an aluminum box structure that can extend up to 8 feet using 1" and 3/4" aluminum square tubing.

The design should include:
- Mechanism for manual height adjustment
- Integrated wheels for mobility

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in FreeCAD
- Experience with aluminum structures
- Mechanical design knowledge, particularly in adjustable systems
- Prior work on sports equipment or similar projects is a plus
