Fix and update two MEAN Stack Apps

We have two MEAN Stack Apps on AWS that need some small fixes and updates and have the sign-up and part of the profiles merged.

To Do:
Fix minor errors with sign-up and profile pages
Update the invite and sign-up section
Link and merge invites and signup of app
Update the profile page in one app
Add public profile to the other
Fix search and sort function
Update some graphics and buttons
Create clean links for invites with Sendinblue
