3d modeling of a Mascot head -- 3

I'm looking for an experienced 3D Modeler to create a 3D rendering of a Mascot head. The model should be made in the OBJ file format, with a medium render quality. I'm open to any type of material and the project can be negotiated to determine a suitable budget and timeline. The end product must meet the specified requirements and be ready for animation and 3D Printing.
