Seeking Maya and Unity expert

This project is for long-term project.
Our company is growing fast, but we need Unity and Maya expert.
We are a kind of company developing 3D game.
So, many 3d characters are needed.
First, I check your expertise so this one is for testing.
I uploaded 2 fbx files, 2 images(2010, 2011).
Any freelancers who can model cloth on the character, please apply.

I would prefer to work in Maya, but I am open to using Unity as well. I'm not sure what the level of detail needs to be, so I'm looking for someone with expertise who can help me determine that. Ideally, the expert should have knowledge and experience in 3D modeling, as well as create and optimize 3D models for both visual fidelity and performance.
