Convert Images to Clay Renders (Use Blender, ZBrush, Redshift, or Other)

Hello Freelancers, I need assistance with the rendering of about 8 to 12 images to "clay renders." According to these videos, each image should take about 10 minutes to convert from image to clay render (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=image+%22clay+render%22).
The clay renders must capture all details of the objects in the images. The Freelancer can use software of choice as long as you are able to achieve the desired results. Please inform of the file extension types that you can render these images in. Lastly, please provide an example of your work converting an image to a "clay render." The 8 to 12 images images for rendering will be provided to the Freelancer chosen for this job.
