Blender developer 3d billboard

I am looking for an experienced blender developer to help animate a 3D billboard. The goal of the 3D billboard is to create a realistic animation that will visually appeal to customers. I have a basic outline for the script or storyline of the animation, so the developer must be able to take this outline and use it to create a convincing animation. Additionally, I would like the animation to have a realistic texture. The right developer for this project should have ample experience with blender and 3D animation.
