I need to write a presentation of the attached article “EHTC: an Enhanced Huffman tree coding algorithm and it's FPGA implementation” The summary/presentation should be written in the same style of the article i.e.

2.existing coding algorithms(A. Fixed Length Coding .B. Variable Length Coding) (TABLE.1) .

And the illustrations that exist in each chapter of the article should appear in each chapter in summary/presentation with their explanation. The summary should be done in PowerPoint in the form of a presentation.
In addition, a compiler code should be attached which presents the EHTC operation: An Enhanced Huffman Tree Coding Algorithm.
The code should include an image which will be encoded in the Huffman code and transmitted through a channel with noise then we will decode the signal and display the image.
And then do the same operation with the enhanced Huffman code, i.e. take the same image which will be encoded in EHTC code (An Enhanced Huffman Tree Coding Algorithm) and broadcast through a channel with noise then decode the image and represent it, i.e. compare between standard Huffman code and EHTC(An Enhanced Huffman Tree Coding Algorithm).
The summary \ presentation should be at the MS.C level.
It is possible and desirable to use external information for other related articles but most of the information should be from the original article, if you have used please attach the articles.
There is no limit to examining slides in PowerPoint. The font should be 18 in size no matter what font.
