Neural Network Models Implementation in Matlab/Simulink

I am looking for someone Master in electronic engineering who can implement Neural network model in Matlab/Simulink.
It is research paper and we have already implemented Fuzzy, MPC, LQT and PID models.

Now next part is to implement neural network models which we are not comfortable with.

Looking forward to someone experienced in this.
