MATLAB Data Analysis Code Review

I have a working MATLAB script that analyses a small dataset (fewer than 1,000 rows). While the results look correct, I’d like a fresh set of expert eyes on the code itself. Your task is to comb through the file, point out weak spots, and—where it helps—suggest or demonstrate clearer, faster, or more reliable alternatives.
