Looking to Improve an MPC for Microgrid System (Forecasting + Hydrogen Integration)
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for support or collaboration to improve a Model Predictive Control (MPC) framework for a microgrid system. The goal is to enhance its performance by:
Improving the forecasting logic for PV generation and load. This can include methods such as ARIMA, machine learning, or any other advanced forecasting approach.
Integrating a hydrogen storage system into the control model. This can be implemented in either MATLAB or Simulink, depending on feasibility and preference.
What I will provide:
A working Simulink model of the microgrid (PV, load, batteries).
The current MPC logic is implemented in MATLAB, including forecasting and control structure.
What I’m looking for:
Development of a better forecasting strategy for PV and load data.
Modeling and integration of hydrogen storage (electrolyzer, tank, fuel cell) into the existing system.
Any additional contributions or improvements are welcome!
