Interaction of two oscillating cylinders: wake manipulation and mixing enhancement

Goal is to run simulation under various parameters where the bluff body position is altered and add an oscillation eventually (added by changing line of amplitude). Simulation has to be run various times to model the airflow properly as it does it in small steps of progression. The resulting flow created has to be analyzed such as the vortices created, commenting on the drag and lift coefficient, etc. Variables are outlined in the code that derive various traits of the flow that can be plotted against time. In the folder the file NavierStokesMulti is the body of code.
