Implementation of cell-free MIMO & OFDM Signals

I am looking for a signal processing expert, proficient with Matlab, to help out on a project I am currently working on that revolves around cell-free MIMO, MIMO OFDM. The concentration of this project is only on the 'Implementation Aspects'.
The tasks involve:
- Simulation cell-free mimo OFDM system in Matlab
- Rician channel model
- detailed simulation code, so we can upgrade/rewrite later your code or ask you to do it
Ideal Experience and Skills:
- Strong background in signal processing, Matlab
- Experience with MIMO, MIMO OFDM and satellite communications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
