I need a MATLAB/Simulink transient stability simulation based on the IEEE-39 bus system.
The simulation should include:

IEEE-39 bus power system model

A PV generator added at one bus

3-phase fault on a selected line

Multiple fault clearing times (e.g., 0.1 s, 0.15 s, 0.2 s)

PMU-style output:

Bus voltage magnitude

Voltage angle

Rotor angle


Data export to .mat or Excel

A clean .slx file that opens easily on my laptop

Basic explanation of blocks and parameters


Goal:
To analyze transient stability and generate PMU time-series data for further machine-learning work (CNN-LSTM model).

Deliverables:
