Design of a Reactive power injection controller from pv system to a power system grid

I am looking for a capable freelancer to design using matlab simulink a Reactive Power Injection Controller from a PV System to a Power System Grid. It's a 6 bus system with one buus load that includes inductove motors.
Instead of using the statcoms for controlling system.i need to use the pv farm inverter as the controller for the induced delayed voltage recovery fault.

The freelancer should be knowledgeable in the design of power systems, and must have experience in creating a controller as part of the efficiency and reliability of the system. The controller should also be able to maintain the power quality of the system and reduce reactive power oscillation. Any additional elements should be discussed with me prior to their implementation.

Upon acceptance of the project, the freelancer should provide a detailed overview of the design, which must include all components and sources of power. This should be followed by a complete illustration of the steps taken to build the controller, along with sketches and diagrams depicting the setup of the system.

Finally, the freelancer should demonstrate how the controller works and its effectiveness in regulating the path of the reactive power. As part of the project, this should also be supported by perforrmance analysis where applicable.
