A large multinational corporation, is facing a problem of identifying the right people for promotion and preparing them in time. To minimize the delay in transition (due to training and evaluation of potential candidates), the company’s HR needs your help in identifying eligible candidates in an early stage so that they can expedite the entire promotion cycle. Your job is to develop a model for identifying potential candidates for promotion accurately as well as derive insights about characteristics of the promotees.
