Coupled Thermal-Electrical Simscape Model

Job ID: 40559844

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need a Simulink model built entirely in the Simscape environment that captures the coupled thermal and electrical behaviour of a system. The simulation must let me observe how heat exchangers interact with a battery pack and associated thermal-storage elements while electrical loading evolves over time.

Please structure the model so that thermal and electrical domains are fully linked through appropriate Simscape blocks, making it easy for me to vary parameters (mass flow, ambient temperature, current draw, cell capacity, etc.) from a single mask or script. Steady-state and transient responses should both be test-ready, and the solver settings have to be tuned for numerical stability.

Deliverables
• A clean, hierarchically organised .slx file with all Simscape libraries referenced
• Parameter file or MATLAB script that drives key variables
• Short PDF or markdown note explaining block choices, assumptions, and instructions to rerun the scenarios
• One sample run that demonstrates the thermal-electrical coupling—plots of temperature, voltage, and SOC over time are enough for verification

I will consider the work complete once the model runs without errors in the latest release of MATLAB/Simulink, shows the expected coupled response, and every block or subsystem is clearly labelled for future extension.
