Bidirectional 48-24 V Converter Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have a working MATLAB model of a 48 V ↔ 24 V bidirectional DC-DC converter and now need to turn that simulation into real-world hardware and firmware.
Here is what I need from you:
• Component selection – magnetics, power semiconductors, gate-drive parts, sensors – together with both fuse-based hardware protection and corresponding digital protection thresholds.
• A full-sized, editable PCB schematic in KiCad (or any other no-cost tool you are comfortable with) that reflects the chosen parts and protection circuitry.
• A Code Composer Studio project that runs on the TI LaunchPad with the TMS320F28377S/379D. The code must expose easy run-time tweaks for switching frequency as well as the KP and KI of the closed-loop controller.
All files must remain editable so I can retune parameters later.
If firmware is outside your scope, I am happy to engage you just for the component selection and PCB work at roughly half the quoted price—just let me know up-front.
