Audio processinng, panning and data analysis/extraction

Hello, I have a project that is almost finished. It is about audio processing and panning, I already have a fundamental code but it needs a additional modification. Please look in the project description, it is barely half a page. We can discuss the deadline, but based on my experience with similar projects it should only take a few days at most.
