3D vector field plots over cylindric shells.

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me with my personal project involving 3D vector field plots over cylindric shells. You may do it in Ansys, Comsol or any other typical software for field visualization you know. I tried Matlab, and I have something in Mathematica also, but still not working well. If you use one of this you may start from where I stop.
