tumor recognition

I am looking for someone to create a system for image-based tumor recognition. The system should be specifically designed to focus on size and shape, and I will provide specific datasets. Examples of data sets include the location, shape, texture and growth pattern of the tumor. Through this system, I would like to be able to analyze and detect cancerous tumors with confidence and accuracy. A successful system should be able to accurately detect any tumor that may exist in the data sets provided without false positives. The algorithm should still work accurately even if the data sets used are different from those initially provided. It should also be able to discern novel tumors and provide meaningful answers about its aberrant characteristics. It should also be able to observe tumors in real time and provide correct results regarding the same. It is a school project
