segment and color-code isosurfaces in a 3D image
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have several 3D images that I want to threshold, and view in 3D as isosurfaces. Then I want to separate all the small closed surfaces in each 3D image and color them. Finally, I want to record the positions of the centers of each of the surfaces as coordinates, as well as the mean intensity value of each of the volumes in the 3D image. There is already a fv patch separating algorithm on matlab file exchange
