I need someone that can help me with my simulink project (GUI) that i have been given at the university

My work is fault injection in automated systems, in my case I have a simulation of a scissor lift in Simulink program (I will attach the link of the simulation below)
What I want is to make a block with listeners, specifically I want four listeners, the 1st listener whenever realizes the scissor lift goes up (when it goes up it gets the message "going up".
The 2nd listener wheneverrealizes the scissor lift goes down (when it goes down it gives the message "moving down".
The third listener to perceive the Rate of change of the system movement and to output it as a result of a message similarly in, m/sec.
I want the fourth listener to understand where the lift is, if it is down, up or somewhere in between and again to output the messages ‘up’, ‘down’ and ‘middle’ respectively!
The messages that will be the result of the listeners I want to come out in real time!
Finally I want to program at some point the motion activation button not work at all and in this case the message ‘not moving, Error’ to come out.
The result of this work will be a GUI.
Also in combination with the programming part I want a report which analyzes all the steps that the developer follows so that I know exactly how it was done!
