need some one who is good with signal processing, who could help me correct my MATLAB code

I'm doing a research on using Hilbert Huang transform (empirical mode decomposition (EMD) to get IMFs) to detect Atrial fibrillation(AF), I have wrote a code but it is not perfectly correct.
I have 2 ECG signals that I have merged together, first half is normal ECG second is AF ECG. when I downloaded it from physionet it has 2 ECG signals in one ECG data(2 channel ECG, one is QRS complex and one is ventricular activity), Spectral analysis requires that the QRS wave corresponding to ventricular activity (VA) must be cancelled so as to obtain atrial activity (AA). I read that is best to using PCA method to extract the ECG but if you have better idea you could do that too.(in my code I simply subtract the QRS from VA but I don't think its working efficiently) after you help me extract the ECG wave I need u to run the code and see if my sum of the IMF is equal to original ECG signal, now my sum of IMF is not matching with original data. I need you to help me figure out why that is and help me correct it.
After u fixed the code I need you to help me add some code so that my MATLAB could send me a signal (maybe a warning sound) when the AF happens. I have attached 2 ECG signals and my code.
