I need matlab assist. my project detail for 2d and 3d plot

i have enclosed my project details here.i need output results along with 2d and 3d plots.can any one help me ,who is matlab expert .my project fee is 1000 inr.its is very simple and have given all details in the enclosed document. After completion the project, money will send any mode, like net banking, g-pay, Paytm, phone pe or cripto currency from Binance exchange.Moreover you must use base paper which is enclosed here.you can derive the output based on base paper.
