I need a consultant

Need help with a complex legacy test and measurement system that uses MATLAB programming. The code makes use of multiple external devices that utilize serial communication between the instruments and the control system. The code needs to be modified and updated to match the new functionality offered by MATLAB and also needs to be restructured into an object oriented template.
