I need an acoustic physicist

I am trying to measure the refraction in water from multibeam water column data. We have lots of water column data collected by multibeam echo sounder.
The water column data cont contains time series data of amplitude and passes from an acoustic transmission.
We believe as it passes through the water coming the time series amplitude and phase together can be used to measure the refraction through the water column
We would like to find a physicist who can demonstrate this via python or matlab.
