motor controlling

I want some body to build a control system of type of motor which known as (PMSM) Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Motor this motor controlled by a method known as Field Oriented Control (FOC) .Then applying the 3 phase voltage on the motor via SVPWM and inverter to get the requested values as speed , torque and currents in form graphics . this is the hardware side .the software work is SIMOLATION MATLAB on this project to get approach results . then applying optimization algorithms on the model to get the better results . these optimization methods are : the first is Tree and Seed Algorithm (TSA) and the second is Genetic Algorithm (GA). I have been attached a paper has almost the same content to give more idea about the project.
