matlab solar wind hybrid Electrical power system

i am having a solar wind hybrid matlab model. i am having mex32 files with function S whose programing was in fortan my program is not runnig. i want to run the the program of 10KW wind turbine and 5 MW windturbine and obtain result with 600pi images . i need that to be run person should have knowlede of fortan coding and matlab knowledge.
