matlab simulink

Hi, I need help with a matlab simulink simulation! Attached are 2 items. One goes in detail on what I need. The other is a two stage simulink simulation that is related to this one that was made by a colleague of mine. He made the two-stage simulink file a while ago and sent me it incase I needed it. This is for a personal project of mine.
