Changes:

Surface gateways need to be placed on the surface with the radius (Radius of surface gateway node = 2* radius of sensor node)- verify the code this is implemented
1. Placement is considered in code.. but physically not shown in generated diagram that need to be done
2. in bottom layers cluster head need to be considered to communicate with the neighbour nodes(not implemented in code)

*obj2
1. The sensor nodes are placed at the centroid of the Equilateral Triangular Prism. These nodes to be discovered [In delivered code environment considered is random deployment]
2. Place some intruder nodes in the environment and discover only reliable nodes, for this use any cryptography algorithm
3. Provide me to have control over
a. change the simulation area
b. number of sensor nodes changes according to this area(done in obj1)
c. number of intruder nodes
d. Time taken to discover the reliable nodes in the environment
4. Provide me the paper which you have referred.
