I'm looking for a skilled professional who can develop a machine learning and AI system for me. The primary function of this system would be to provide valuable insights and predictions based on the analysis of numerical data.

* The system should be robust enough to handle and analyze large volumes of numerical data efficiently.
* Ability to generate predictive outcomes based on the analyzed data.
Ideal Candidate:
* Must have profound knowledge and experience in machine learning and AI systems.
* Should have outstanding skills in data modeling.
* Experience in numerical data analysis is a must.
* Familiarity with data prediction algorithms would be a considerable advantage.
Please note that the ability to incorporate image recognition and natural language processing in the future would also be valuable. However, these functionalities are not part of this project's scope for now.
