fitting x,y points to get the length and radius of the roadway curves

Hello, i have some x ,y coordinate points for some curves, selected them from aerial images using MATLAB tool, i want to fit them with least squares method or any other method to get a smooth curve, then i want to find the length and radius of each sub-curves.
