field oriented control of pmsm simulink model

I am in need of a Simulink model for a PMSM, specifically for an electric vehicle application. The model needs to be developed from scratch as I do not have an existing one. I require the implementation of an Adaptive FOC control technique. Ideal skills and experience for this job would include:
