federated learnig simulation in matlab

I am looking for a freelancer to create a federated learning simulation in MATLAB. The simulation will use image data, and I have a specific federated learning algorithm in mind - FedAvg. I require someone with experience in MATLAB and knowledge of federated learning algorithms. The ideal freelancer should have experience in:
- MATLAB programming
- Federated learning algorithms, specifically FedAvg
- Image processing
The project will involve:
