energy saving for iot sensor node in matlab

i need to create a iot sensor network having heterogeneous node in matlab where where the number of nodes is dynamic ie increases by 15 then 30 then 50 etc . once this sensor field iscreated then use sdn to have efficient energy routing for saving energy
