Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with processing tasks for an ECG dataset. The specific tasks include:
- Noise removal and filtering
- Heartbeat detection and segmentation
- Feature extraction and analysis
i will provide pre processing / filtering code that you can use or modify prior to QRS detection. i require a 4 page report demonstrating the QRS detection algorithm and performance calculations to achieve the high accuracy rate (95% accuracy). the specific dataset will need to be downloaded from the physiobank atm site.
requires annotated matlab code and an explanation of each of the steps taken when designing the code, i would like a clear description of how the algorithm is constructed. you can use matlab signal processing toolbox and DSP system toolbox.
