conditonal monitoring using vibrational analysis

Vibration data is collected 3 dimensional from bearing (can be taken online for just two cases ( one normal one faulty). need to read the vectors of 3 dimensions, add them in the strong vector direction and using any technique (like cross correlation or threshold value) need to produce a result as faulty or healthy.
