classification and grading of Arecanut

in this Project ,when we insert an Image into this, first its going to detect the edges by using Canny Algorithm, then it will Extract the Feature from that edge Detected Arecanut, then it undergoes 3 forms of Segmentation ,then it will give the affected Area in Percentage(%) the it gonna calculate some features and then it will gonna
display the name of the classfication adn then it undergoes grading. this Project is Done Using MATLAB
