calculating Phase Locking Value (PLV) in Python or matlab
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I want to calculate PLV values of multidimensional Matlab files, representing EEG signals, in python or Matlab according to a PLV formula,
Matlab file's dimensions are [25 1000 72] channels x time points x trials in total 36 files
The desired output for each file would be (72,25,25) representing trails with channels. I have 36 Matlab files so the final output will be (2592,25,25)
