build me a simple app using GUIDE in Matlab

the idea of this app is to have 4 textboxes for different variables where the user chooses one of the text boxes and enters a value after that the other three textboxes should show the corresponding value in terms of interpolation. Also, there will be a radio button to change the main dataset to another one from si to eng units. as well as one pushbutton called (clear), to empty the four text boxes. that's it.
