Apply the Som (Self-organizing map) into my data then preform K-mean algorithm on the SOM results
Look at example 3.6 and I want the MATLAB code + results for my data as
Number of cluster needed is 3
The results: I want the figures of
- Table shows the clusters and the number of data participants in each cluster
- Visualization of the SOM data , u-matrix, components plan, and map units labels
- Projection of the data set to subspace spanned by its eigenvector with great eigenvalues.
- The variables shown with bar charts in each map unit
