audio file reognition -- 2

I am looking to hire someone who can recognize audio files quickly and accurately. The audio doppler files I've provided require expert recognition in order to return the desired output of audio classification. I have a specific audio file in mind, so the freelancer needs to have excellent audio recognition skills. I need someone with a good understanding of the relevant audio recognition technologies such as fuzzy logic,CNN ,RECURSIVE ALGORITHIM in order to give me an accurate and reliable output. The freelancer should be able to handle any type of audio files, fromspeech to music to environmental sounds. Therefore, they need to be familiar with recognizing these different types of audio files. The freelancer should be able to provide audio classification results that are as close to the audio dopplers file as possible. I'm looking for a freelancer who is experienced in audio recognition and can help me with this project and produce the accurate results.
