Write Research Paper Code either in Python or Matlab

I have a research paper about Deep Autoencoders for DOA Estimation, I want someone to write me the code the authors used to implement Figure 3 in the paper. The task is to write the code in Python or MATLAB by which Figure 3 in the paper can be implemented.
