Water Treatment Process Design & Simulation

I'm seeking a proficient Chemical Engineer to design a water treatment process for produced water. The focus is to maximize the efficiency of Reverse Electrodialysis. The engineer should be adept in identifying and targeting a wide array of contaminants for removal, including heavy metals, organic pollutants, salts, and minerals. Furthermore, the engineer should have experience in using both Hysys and MatLab Simulink for the design and simulation of this project.
