Voltage Stability Enhancement

I have found critical buses for 14 bus system and New England 39 bus system and next I want to control voltage for IEEE 14 bus system and New England 39 bus system. I want a MATLAB coder who has experience using MatPower tool for implementing the upfc controller and need to modify the scripted file in matpower.
