Vehicle CAN-BUS recording convert file format

Hello Freelancers

I am having a lot of CAN-bus recordings from different heavy off-road vehicles.
These files are automatically saved as .txt format. I need these converted to .MFD file format used in ex. MATLAB.

Does anybody have a solution for this? I have uploaded 1 file. If succesfully converts fileformat then first milestone is made.
