Using weights and biases from a trained network to calculate a predicted output (Matlab to Scilab)

The idea is rather simple. I have an already trained network and I would like to extract the weight and bias matrices from it in order to implement a simple scrip in the form of an equation to calculate a predicted output from a multi-input problem. This script should be implemented on Scilab.
