SuperCap E-STATCOM Modeling
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for an experienced electrical engineer or a simulation expert to develop a detailed grid-connected model of an e-STATCOM for the primary purpose of energy smoothing. This model should be developed using MATLAB/Simulink, which I believe is the best software for this simulation due to its flexibility and detailed electrical component libraries.
### Key Model Requirements:
- **Super Capacitor Integration:** Incorporate a super capacitor to act as an energy storage unit for smoothing out energy fluctuations in the grid.
- **Fast Response Time:** The model should simulate a rapid response of the e-STATCOM to changes in the grid, ensuring effective energy smoothing.
- **Voltage Regulation:** Apart from smoothing energy, the model should also include features for maintaining a stable voltage level within the grid.
### Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink, specifically with its SimPowerSystems toolbox.
- Strong background in power electronics, particularly e-STATCOMs and their applications in grid stability and energy storage.
