I am looking for a skilled individual who can modify my Civil Engineering Finite Element Analysis Matlab code. The task is to implement static forces at specific nodes in the code. Experience using Matlab and understanding of finite element analysis are crucial to the project.

Key Requirements:
- Amend Boundary Conditions: The update to the code primarily revolves around the boundary conditions.
- Introduce Static Forces at nodes: The modified code needs to be able to apply static forces at specific nodes. The forces to be introduced are static, not dynamic.
- Understanding of how to fix/implement code that deals with different types of connections/joints/supports, such as, and predominantly semirigid connections.
